I’m serving as Treasurer for my county’s Libertarian political party. Recently the county board of elections emailed me asking for some documentation about a few old expenses.

Here in Ohio we can choose our electric supplier… But not who delivers it.

Sometimes I want to do an exercise and record it in MapMyFitness, but MapMyFitness doesn’t have that particular exercise. So I choose the next-closest exercise.

Since it was just released, there’s been a lot of press and blog posts around the web about the new screenless Google Fitbit Air. I’m here to add a bit to the noise.

Most people’s health goals involve some sort of number. Weigh less than this number. Get cholesterol under that number. Lift more weight. Run this far under that time.
