Since the start of the new year, I’ve been thinking about goals and goal-setting. The thing is, year after year, my goals remain mostly unchanged.

2021 is more than half over - which makes this a good time to look at how far along I am at accomplishing my goals for this year.

It’s a brand new year, which means it’s time to set yearly goals. But before I list my goals for 2021, let’s take a look at how I did for my 2020 goals.

Part of my 2020 goal to improve my health was to weigh less than 225 pounds.

I used to not like making resolutions specifically for the new year. It’s not that I didn’t like setting goals or that I never fulfill them, it’s just I didn’t see the point of only doing them once per year or waiting until an arbitrary time to make them. Instead, I’d set and accomplish various goals throughout the year.
